The purpose of this project was to study the visual hierarchy and structure of typographic composition.
The experiment focuses on developing adequate visual literacy based on the given guidelines: A) using a single font, weight, and size in black and white. B) applying color and visual punctuation from example A. C) using a single font, different weights and sizes, with only black and white. D) applying color and visual punctuation from example C. The successful goal of the design solution is expected to demonstrate the roles and functions of type as symbol, image, and language in an effective visual hierarchy.

The composition process was primarily guided by the Grid System and the principles of Visual Hierarchy. The Grid System offered a consistent framework for organizing typographic elements, while Visual Hierarchy was used strategically to distinguish information and direct the viewer's attention. The purpose was to show how these elements act as symbols, images, and language, ensuring a smooth flow and effective communication in the final designs.
